Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice Jacuzzi, although they could use some more space distribution. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was a small issue with transportation pricing. The location was a bit out of the way and not ideal for walking at night. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of high-quality dishes. The facilities were good, with various amenities available.
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were modern, clean, and very spacious, and we were warmly welcomed by Josie, the fantastic receptionist. The service was excellent - from freshly cooked food to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was quiet and pretty, just a short taxi ride away from shops and restaurants. The dining experience was delightful with fresh and varied food offerings. Overall, a pleasant stay for a good value.
I found the hotel to be a unique travelers haven, creatively designed by linking several houses. The rooms were clean, with beautifully decorated walls featuring lovely paintings. Despite the lack of windows, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was satisfactory, with a knowledgeable receptionist, although there was a minor discrepancy in the transport fee. The location, although suburban, offered easy access to San Jose, while the quiet neighborhood of Pavas was pleasant but required caution at night. The dining experience, set in a friendly bed and breakfast atmosphere, was enjoyable with excellent options from an organic menu.
